The purpose of the Tutorial Guide is to allow external and internal users the ability to understand what TXU expects INBOUND and sends OUTBOUND to Market Participants. The Tutorial was developed for Market Participants to easily comprehend what each transaction is trying to accomplish. The audience for the EDI Tutorial:

  • External Competitive Retailers, Utilities, Third Party Providers
