Our leadership has the background and vision to help ensure the organization's success. Non-executive Chairman Don L. Evans, former U.S. secretary of commerce, and the other EFH directors work closely with James A. Baker III, former U.S. secretary of state, who serves as advisory chairman to the investors.

Tom Baker, Chairman Emeritus: Tom Baker is chairman emeritus of Energy Future Holdings Corp., formerly TXU Corp. He provides the EFH board and CEO counsel and advice as needed based upon his extensive career in the electricity business in Texas and involvement in the local community. Baker has a distinguished 36-year track record with the company, having held leadership positions in generation, utility operations, finance, customer service, rates and regulatory affairs, and public policy.
