Profile
Paul Keglevic is the chief financial officer for Energy Future Holdings Corp. Before joining EFH in June 2008, Keglevic was at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was the U.S. Utility Sector Leader for six years and the Clients and Sector Assurance Leader for the last year. While the U.S. Utility Sector Leader, Keglevic was responsible for approximately 600 people serving the Utility sector.
Keglevic has over 31 year's experience serving public companies across several industry sectors including utilities, telecom and transportation. In addition to being the lead on numerous audits and consulting clients, Keglevic has extensive experience with all types of SEC filings, has been responsible for internal control reviews and has presented expert testimony on accounting and regulatory issues in several jurisdictions, including California, Texas, Hawaii and New Mexico. His utility clients have included Exelon, Edison International, Calpine, Pinnacle West, Hawaiian Electric Industries, Southern California Gas Co., Public Service Co. of New Mexico, Tucson Electric, San Diego Gas and Electric, Southwest Gas, Nisource, Nicor, Southern Indiana Gas and Electric and Salt River Project.
Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2002, Keglevic was the leader of the North America Utilities Industry practice and Managing Partner - Pacific Region for Arthur Andersen.
Education
In 1976, Keglevic received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Family
Keglevic is married with three children: Stephen, Courtney and Justin.
