Energy Future Holdings is committed to attaining a diverse, motivated, high-performance workforce to meet the needs of our business and ensure the future success of the company. For certain positions, the Plant Operator Selection System and/or the Power Plant Maintenance Selection System is used to help us consistently select qualified individuals for jobs. These selection systems are a series of aptitude tests which are proven to be fair and objective.

Applicants who are interested in jobs that require POSS or MASS testing are invited to review practice tests. Please note the practice test will be slightly different from the actual test. Explanations have been provided at the end of each practice test for your review.
