Energy Future Holdings Corp. Schedules Conference Call to Discuss Third Quarter Results
DALLAS -

Energy Future Holdings Corp. (EFH) announced today that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss its third quarter financial and operating results on Friday, October 30, 2009. EFH plans to release its third quarter results in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, which is expected to be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission no later than 8:00 a.m. Eastern on October 30, 2009.

At 10:00 a.m. Central (11:00 a.m. Eastern) on Friday, October 30, 2009, EFH will host a conference call to discuss its third quarter results with its investors. The conference call will be webcast live at www.energyfutureholdings.com in the Investor Relations section. A replay will be available on the website later that day for those unable to participate in the live event.
